About the A+ Network

The A+ Network (Interlocal #625) is a consortium of 6 schools in Southwest Kansas who have joined together to provide students in their districts with opportunities for instruction through Interactive Distance Learning. Grades served are 9-12.  Member school districts include:  Bucklin, Fowler, Kiowa, Meade, Ingalls and Minneola. The A+ Network currently serves over 400 students in the Southwest Kansas area.

Spanish Classes take Cultural Field Trip

Ms. Tena and the Spanish students went on a field trip to Dodge City. They did some Spanish speaking activities and played soccer with 70 fellow students from across the A+ ITV network.  To start, the students met at Dodge City Community College; where the HALO (Hispanic American Leadership Organization) group welcomed them and shared their experiences and perspectives as college students.  Afterwards, they went to the Mexican bakery where students had the opportunity to buy traditional breads made from scratch.  To wrap up the day, they had lunch at the restaurant Jalisco's.  A great time was had by all and . . .

A+ Network College Credit

Did you know the A+ Network offers many opportunities for students to earn college credit while still in high school? We work with area community colleges to provide Spanish, Composition, Art, Psychology, Family & Child Development and Anatomy & Physiology to name a few.  If you have a need for a certain class, please contact the administrative office or your school district to inquire about getting it scheduled over IDL.
